• To quote, confirm, and manage your reservation and rental agreement.
• To verify eligibility under our rental requirements.
• To process payments, deposits, tolls, fines, and damage claims.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To meet legal, tax, safety, and law-enforcement obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate — payment processors, IT and hosting providers, roadside assistance and insurance partners, toll and citation processors — and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to provide the rental and to meet legal, accounting, and dispute resolution requirements, then we delete or anonymise it.
