Rental policies
The rules that come with the keys.
These policies form part of the rental agreement between you and Exoventra Technologies LLC. Your signed agreement at pickup controls if anything differs.
1. Authorised drivers
Only the renter and drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Each driver must meet our rental requirements and present a valid licence at pickup.
2. Permitted use
The vehicle may not be used:
- by an unlisted driver, or by anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- for racing, testing, driver instruction, or off-road driving;
- to tow or push anything, or to carry hazardous or illegal goods;
- for ride-hailing, courier, or delivery work without our written approval;
- outside the geographic territory agreed in your rental agreement.
3. Mileage
The mileage allowance for your rental is stated at booking and on your agreement. Any per-mile charge beyond the allowance is disclosed before payment.
4. Fuel
Return the vehicle at the fuel level shown at pickup, or select the prepaid fuel option. Otherwise refuelling is billed at market rate plus a service charge.
5. Tolls, tickets, and fines
You are responsible for tolls, parking tickets, traffic citations, and related administrative fees incurred during your rental period.
6. Smoking and cleaning
All vehicles are smoke-free. Excessive cleaning, odour removal, or pet hair removal is charged as a recovery fee, disclosed to you before it is applied.
7. Damage, theft, and accidents
Inspect the vehicle at pickup and report any existing damage before you leave. Report any accident, damage, or theft to us promptly, and to the police where required. Do not arrange repairs without our written approval.
8. Breakdowns and mechanical issues
Stop driving if a warning light or mechanical fault appears, and contact us. We will arrange assistance or a replacement vehicle where reasonably possible.
9. Returns and extensions
Return the vehicle to the agreed location, at the agreed date and time, with all keys and accessories. Contact us in advance to extend a rental — an extension is only valid once we confirm it.
10. Personal property
We are not responsible for personal property left in or removed from a vehicle. Contact us promptly if you believe you left something behind.
